Privacy notice

This site collects one thing: the details you type into the interest form. Here is exactly what happens to them.

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your child's age — a number only. We deliberately do not ask for their name, so nothing here identifies your child.
• Your description of their swimming, so groups can be streamed fairly.
• The date and time you registered and the version of the consent wording shown to you at the time.

Why

To gauge demand for camps and to email you when one is confirmed near you. Consent is the lawful basis, given when you submit the form: “By registering you agree to be emailed about upcoming camps. Unsubscribe any time.”

Who sees it

Ryan Larkin only. It is never sold and never shared with clubs, venues or anyone else without asking you first.

Three companies process it on our behalf and none of them use it for anything of their own: Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the registrations on servers in Western Europe; Resend delivers the email that tells Ryan you have registered; and Google holds a copy in a private spreadsheet in Ryan's own Google Drive, so he can read the list without needing a database. That copy contains your name, email, your child's age, what you wrote about their swimming and when you registered.

How long we keep it

Registrations are deleted 18 months after your last contact with us, or immediately on request — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email and you can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
